Coaching intelligence by Cynopic

Trainers don't lose clients in the gym. They lose them between sessions.

CoachChime is your coaching, in iMessage, for the 167 hours you're not in the room. Your voice, your programs, their history, an answer in seconds.

You get one hour a week. The plan lives or dies in the other 167.

1 hour with you 167 hours on their own: the missed meal, the tweaked shoulder, the 9pm "screw it"

The hour in the gym is solved. CoachChime is the coaching for everything in between, so a client standing in a hotel gym or staring at a menu still hears from you.

Three steps. Then it coaches like you would.

We train it on you.

Upload your programs, your nutrition philosophy, your cueing language, your intake forms, even your last 200 client texts if you want. It learns how you coach, not how a generic AI thinks coaching sounds.

programs, philosophy, your words

Your clients just iMessage.

You pick a local number from a list, and that's the line they text, with nothing for them to download or log into. It works over iMessage and SMS, reads their history, their current block, their last check-in, then answers.

iMessage and SMS, nothing to install

You stay in the loop.

Every thread is visible. Flag anything for your eyes. Take over mid-conversation with one tap. Get a weekly digest of what your clients are actually struggling with.

CLIENT ASKS "should i be sore after every session or am i not doing enough?"
Generic AI the answer anyone gets

Muscle soreness (DOMS) is a normal physiological response and typically peaks 24-72 hours post-exercise. Soreness is not required for hypertrophy. Ensure adequate protein intake (1.6-2.2 g/kg) and sleep for recovery. If pain persists, consult a qualified professional.

Correct. Also generic, hedged, and nothing to do with this client.
Your CoachChime the answer in your voice

Nope. Soreness isn't the scoreboard, your numbers going up is. You were sore early because everything was new. Now you're adapting, and your squat's climbing. That's the plan working, not you slacking.

Short. In your cadence. Grounded in her actual lifts and your actual philosophy.

A Client roster, at a glance

Every client with a live adherence read. The ones drifting float to the top before they ghost you.

B Flagged conversations

Injury language, distress, anything out of scope, pulled out of the AI's hands and put in front of you, with a notification.

C Answered while you slept

The routine stuff (swaps, "is this too light", "what do I eat") handled in your voice. You read it later, or not at all.

D One-tap takeover

See a thread you want? Tap once and you're texting. The AI steps back mid-conversation, no handoff weirdness.

E Weekly digest

What your clients actually struggled with this week, the patterns you'd never see one text at a time.

Scope & safety

It knows what it will never answer.

An AI answering health questions in your voice is real exposure. So the limits are built in, not bolted on.

Stays in your scope of practice

It coaches training and general nutrition. It does not diagnose, treat injury, give medical advice, touch eating-disorder territory, or make claims about medication or supplements. Cross that line and it declines cleanly, and says why.

no diagnosisno medical adviceno ED territoryno drug/supplement claims

Red flags route straight to you

Injury language, disordered-eating language, and real distress never get an AI reply. They stop, and they page you, with a notification, immediately. You saw it land in the shoulder thread above.

→ notifies you in seconds

Your clients know it's your AI, and that's the point

A visible disclosure setting, on by default. Being honest that it's your AI is a stronger position than pretending, and it keeps you on the right side of state AI-disclosure rules that are moving fast. You choose. We default to honest.

Disclosure on

Every thread is yours to read

Full transparency, always. Nothing is hidden from you, nothing is deleted behind your back. It's your number, your clients, your record.

Compliant, quiet-hours-aware messaging

Registered A2P 10DLC messaging with opt-in and STOP/HELP handling, and it respects quiet hours, so no 2am texts unless a client texts first. Client data is stored plainly, visible to you, and a client can opt out any time.

Point CoachChime at your programs and it answers from them: this client, this block, this week. When someone's stuck with the wrong equipment, it substitutes by your rules and your progression logic, honoring the day's actual intent instead of guessing.

Marcus texted from a hotel gym with nothing but dumbbells. CoachChime swapped back squat for a DB split squat with the same intent, your load logic, and no barbell, because it read the row you wrote.
